This is the second image of the Liberec 2009 collection. The point is in showing that people who come on some "actions to see something / to watch some sport / etc." just go there to get drunk. The statue in front of the restaurant is a "gate" that was built for the world championship in skiing which took place in Liberec in 2009. (For colorblind: The restaurant sign is the only piece of the image that is not black and white.)
